Returns & Exchanges

We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date you received your item.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition
• Original packaging must be included
• Proof of purchase is required

Items returned that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Free Returns

Returns and exchanges within the 30-day period are free of charge.

We will provide instructions on how to return your item once your request is approved.

Exchanges

If you request an exchange, we will send the replacement item once the original item has been received and inspected. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Late Returns

Requests made after 30 days from the purchase date cannot be accepted unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.
