Returns & Exchanges
Not quite right? No problem. We want you to love what you wear, so if something isn't working out, we've made returns and exchanges simple.
30-Day Returns & Exchanges
You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Just follow the steps below for your region.
UK Returns — Free
Returns and exchanges are completely free for all UK customers. Simply submit a return request through the Shop app. Once we approve it, we'll attach a prepaid returns label free of charge — just drop your parcel off and you're done.
International Returns
For orders shipped outside the UK, please email us first at hello@thirdshot.uk. We'll start the return on our end, then you can ship your parcel back to:

Please note: return shipping costs for orders outside the UK are the customer's responsibility. Once your parcel reaches us, we'll initiate your refund or arrange your exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- Returned with all original packaging and tags
- Accompanied by valid proof of purchase
Items that don't meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Exchanges
For exchanges, we'll dispatch your replacement once the original item has been received and inspected. Exchanges are subject to stock availability — if your preferred item is unavailable, we'll arrange a refund instead.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty or you've received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll put it right promptly and at no extra cost to you — wherever in the world you are.
Late Returns
Requests made more than 30 days after the purchase date can't be accepted, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
