Shipping Information

At Thirdshot, we've got your delivery sorted. We ship domestically across the UK and internationally, so wherever you are, we can get your order to you.

Carrier: Royal Mail

Delivery times:

• Standard delivery: 3–5 working days
• Express option also available for when you need it faster

Shipping costs:

• Free shipping on orders over £100
• For orders below £100, standard shipping charges are calculated at checkout

Good news – we ship on weekends and public holidays too, so your order won't be sitting around waiting.

Returns Information

Changed your mind? No worries. Thirdshot accepts returns within 28 days of delivery.

Return conditions:

• Items must be unused and unworn
• Original tags must still be attached
• Items should be in their original condition

Non-returnable items:

• Personalised items
• Underwear (such as boxers)
• Socks

Faulty or incorrect items: If your product is faulty or we've sent you the wrong item, Thirdshot offers free returns. Just contact us at hello@thirdshot.uk before sending it back so we can arrange this for you.

Standard returns: For all other returns, customers are responsible for return postage costs.

Refund Information

Once we receive your return and check everything's in order, we'll process your refund.

Processing time: 5–10 working days

Refund method: Refunds are made to your original payment method only – no store credit or exchanges, just straight refunds.
