Ordering & Shipping
How much does UK delivery cost?
UK delivery is free on all orders over £75. For orders below that, standard delivery is charged at checkout, with delivery in 2–4 working days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to selected countries outside the UK. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. If your country isn't listed at checkout and you'd like to order, email us at hello@thirdshot.uk and we'll do our best to help.
When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to process and dispatch orders promptly. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item.
What condition do items need to be in?
To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original condition, with the original packaging included, and proof of purchase is required. Items that don't meet these conditions may not be accepted.
How do I return or exchange an item?
UK customers can submit a return request through the Shop app — once approved, we'll attach a prepaid returns label free of charge. You can also email us at hello@thirdshot.uk with your order details and we'll take it from there.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
What if my item is faulty or incorrect?
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll resolve it promptly at no additional cost to you.
Sizing & Fit
How does Third Shot clothing fit?
Our pieces are designed with a relaxed, slightly oversized fit — true to our court-to-street style. If you prefer a closer fit, you may want to size down. Size guides are available on product pages where fit varies.

Padel & Pickleball
What should I wear for padel or pickleball?
Breathable, sweat-wicking kit that moves with you, plus proper court shoes with good lateral grip. We've written full guides on padel clothing and pickleball clothing if you'd like more detail.
